Answering from anecdotal experience only (being a man) and anonymously for obvious reasons!
I think it depends on the individual woman. Most vaginas can accomodate it but whether or not the woman can comfortably tolerate it is another matter. For many, yes, but not all. I've had two partners who could quite comfortably and enjoyably accommodate a 9″ penis.
