Fesarius Star Trek

Far as I can tell,the Fesarius was just it interstellar beer factory and Belok went about space testing New Civilizations,then hooked one their crew into buying into his brewery franchise.Which why,we never see Mister Beiley again.He got rich and never went back to Star Fleet. Either that or it just a planet sized baloon. Funny,I wish Star Trek did more with the First Federation in the actual series.Books and stuff are ok,but that goes which is true and which isn't true.Actually,it is all fake,but you know Trek fans and creators are over Canon and non Canon.
Ok.maybe it was a big Tranya Factory.
Since not much has done with whole First Federation thing,other a few books,we know next to nothing about the situation.
